Group Breathwork Classes

Modern life puts you and your nervous system in overdrive: always on, always responding. Whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, talk alone isn’t always enough. Sometimes what you need isn’t more insight, it’s the ability to feel grounded and be in your body.

This group class combines gentle intentional breathing patterns and vagal toning practices to increase somatic awareness and stimulate the vagus nerve so you can release emotional tension, regulate your system, reconnect with your body and rebuild the inner steadiness it takes to meet everyday life.

Date: Thursdays 1:30 - 2:30

Each session includes:

  • Guided breathwork in a supported, trauma-informed container

  • Gentle sound and movement to stimulate vagal tone

  • A focus on safety, pacing, and integration

  • Optional time afterward for quiet rest or reflection
