Meet Dr Natasha Ghosh
Therapist. Educator. Speaker. Former overwhelmed high-functioner.
Hi, I’m Dr. Natasha Ghosh — therapist, educator, speaker, mother, wife, and someone who used to tie her worth to achievement. For a long time, I looked like I had it all together: successful, productive, in control. But underneath, I was chasing validation, driven by perfectionism, and quietly exhausted.
I still love doing, building, achieving but now I do it from a place of alignment, not pressure. That shift changed everything. And it’s what I help my clients do too: not give up who they are, but reconnect with why they do what they do, and how they want to feel while doing it.
If you’re in that space of quiet questioning, I get it. This work changed my relationship with myself. And if you're ready, it can shift yours too.

Our work will be collaborative — a space where you don’t just talk, but feel truly met. I’ll bring focused questions, practical tools, and deep presence to help you explore what’s going on. It’s a space to come home to yourself — not to perform, but to reflect, reset, and move forward with more ease and intention.
A Note from Natasha
Ever since I can remember, meaningful connection has been a driving force in my life — and still is. But how I engage with the world has changed dramatically.
I spent years showing up with competence and confidence and while both were real, they also became a mask. I was achieving, producing, pushing forward… all while quietly disconnected from myself. As the daughter of Indian immigrants, raised in Vancouver, I learned to carry both eastern and western expectations about success, sacrifice, and who I was supposed to be. And working in high-performing spaces, including the corporate C-suite, only reinforced that pressure.
Therapy changed that. Over time, I changed and my life changed with me. Now, one of the greatest privileges of my work is supporting others through that same kind of shift. Seeing someone come home to themselves — their truth, their insight, their sense of worth — is why I do what I do. I’m deeply grateful to walk alongside my clients, and for the trust they place in me.
