Hi, I’m Dr. Natasha Ghosh, PhD, MEd, RCC. I’m a therapist, university lecturer, and trauma-informed practitioner with experience supporting clients through anxiety, burnout, emotional overload and identity shifts.
I work with high performing, caring people who are often the ‘responsible ones’ but quietly struggling themselves. My style is collaborative, direct, and deeply attuned to your unique experience, personality, and goals so you don’t have to carry it alone.
