Hi, I’m Dr. Natasha Ghosh, PhD, MEd, CHyp, RCC. I’m a therapist, university prof, and speaker with over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychology.

I know the drive to achieve. But for a long time, I was chasing perfection because I was terrified of failing. I kept it all together on the outside while quietly feeling off inside. Eventually, I realized I didn’t want to stop achieving — I just wanted to do it on my own terms, and actually feel good about it.
